A beloved comfort food that is easy to make and incredibly cheesy, perfect for all ages.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz elbow macaroni
  • 4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, cubed
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, milk, melted butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Pour the mixture into a crockpot and cover.
  4. Cook on low for 120-180 minutes, stirring occasionally until the cheese is melted and creamy.
  5. Serve warm.

Notes

Stir occasionally for even melting of the cheese. For a thicker consistency, reduce milk. Add jalapeños or cayenne for spice.
