  • 1½ lbs baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: Parmesan, chopped parsley, chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Potatoes: Wash and cut the baby potatoes into halves or quarters.
  2. Coat the Potatoes: Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Cook the Potatoes: Place them in the air fryer and cook for 15 to 18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Add Optional Garnishes: Toss with Parmesan and parsley if desired.
