A delicious and simple salmon dish topped with a crispy Parmesan crust, perfect for family meals.

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Press the Parmesan mixture onto the tops of the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with your favorite sides.

Notes

For best results, use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature of the salmon reaches 145°F (62.8°C). This dish pairs nicely with a lemon-dill sauce and light salads.
