A deliciously crispy chicken sandwich with creamy Caesar mayonnaise and fresh romaine lettuce, perfect for any meal.

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breast
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Butter & Olive Oil
  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Anchovy Paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce
  • 4 pieces Buns

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by patting it dry and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Set up your dipping station with panko and Parmesan in one bowl and mayo, garlic powder, anchovy paste, and lemon juice in another.
  3. Dredge the chicken in the mayo mixture, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry the chicken until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  6. Toast the buns until golden brown to prevent sogginess.
  7. Assemble the sandwich with a toasted bun, crispy chicken, Caesar mayonnaise, and lettuce.
