  • 2 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (Sliced into strips)
  • 1 cup Buttermilk (Or substitute with milk mixed with vinegar or lemon juice)
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour (For coating)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil (For frying)
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas
  • 2 cups Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 slices Bacon (Crispy, crumbled)
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: Start by marinating the sliced chicken strips in a bowl with the buttermilk for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Coating Mixture: Mix all-purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a separate bowl.
  3. Set Up the Breading Station: Dredge marinated chicken strips in the seasoned flour, then dip them back into buttermilk and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat the Oil: In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  5. Fry the Chicken: Carefully place breaded strips in the skillet and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Cook the Bacon: While chicken rests, cook bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
  7. Assemble the Wraps: Fill each tortilla with lettuce, tomatoes, chicken strips, crumbled bacon, and cheddar cheese; drizzle ranch dressing.
  8. Roll it Up: Wrap tortillas tightly around filling and fold in the sides.
  9. Enjoy: Slice in half and serve immediately, optionally with extra ranch for dipping.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate chicken overnight. Can substitute chicken with turkey, tofu, shrimp, or roasted vegetables.
