  • 1 pound chicken breast tenderloins
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper together in a shallow bowl.
  3. Beat the eggs in another bowl until well mixed.
  4. Dip each chicken tender into the eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil to help them crisp up.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
