Deliciously crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, these Air Fryer Crispy Potatoes are a comforting side dish that’s easy to prepare and packed with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: parmesan, parsley, chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the potatoes.
  2. Toss with flavorful ingredients.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the potatoes in the air fryer.
  5. Cook and shake for 15 to 18 minutes.
  6. Toss with parmesan (optional) after cooking.
  7. Serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauce.

Notes

For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in the air fryer or oven.
