A creamy, garlicky pizza sauce that transforms any ordinary pizza into an extraordinary dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and stir well for an even consistency.
  4. Add salt, black pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes, if using.
  5. Simmer the sauce for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
  6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
  7. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before using on your pizza.

Notes
