A warm and comforting Italian-inspired soup with sausage, kale, and a creamy broth.

Ingredients

  • Sausage
  • Kale
  • Potatoes
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Chicken broth
  • Heavy cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage in a large pot over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent.
  3. Stir in diced potatoes and chicken broth; bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat and let it simmer until the potatoes are tender.
  5. Add the kale and heavy cream, cooking until the kale is wilted.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve warm with crusty bread for dipping.

Notes
