  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, stirring occasionally, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and fully combined.
  6. Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet. Mix everything well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
