A rich and creamy pasta dish featuring flaky salmon, garlic, and Parmesan cheese, perfect for an intimate dinner or a delightful gathering.

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 8 oz pasta (such as fettuccine or penne)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sear the salmon in a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and flake into pieces.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Create the sauce base by pouring in the chicken or vegetable broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  5. Add grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer until the sauce thickens.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta and flaked salmon into the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
