1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried dill
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine the cooked rotini pasta, diced chicken breast, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, red bell pepper, and red onion in a large bowl.
Whisk together the ranch dressing, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried dill, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture, and toss gently to coat evenly.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
