Ingredients

  • Pasta (e.g., fettuccine, penne)
  • Olive oil
  • Pancetta
  • Sweet peas (fresh or frozen)
  • Heavy cream
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • Minced garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the pancetta in a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat until crispy.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in sweet peas and cook for another 2-3 minutes until tender.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and grated parmesan cheese, stirring to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
