A delightful and rich salmon dish with creamy garlic butter sauce, perfect for special occasions or a cozy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 cups of fresh spinach
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove the salmon from the pan and set it aside to rest.
  5. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until soft.
  6. Stir in the fresh spinach and wilt down.
  7. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  8. Return the salmon to the pan and spoon the creamy mixture over it.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Plate the salmon and sauce to serve immediately.
