  • 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed

  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Layer the diced ham, cubed potatoes, chopped onion, and minced garlic in a large crockpot.
  2. Whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, heavy cream, chicken broth, thyme, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
  3. Pour the creamy sauce over the ham and potatoes, ensuring everything is well coated.
