A delightful and lighter alternative to traditional mashed potatoes, this creamy mashed cauliflower is flavored with garlic and butter, making it a perfect side dish.

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cauliflower florets by cutting into florets and steaming until tender, about 10-12 minutes.
  2. Sauté the garlic in a skillet with melted butter over medium heat until fragrant.
  3. Drain the cauliflower and place it in a bowl.
  4. Mix in garlic butter and heavy cream to the cauliflower.
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy using an immersion blender or potato masher.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve warm as a side dish.
