A nostalgic and rich dish featuring succulent crabmeat in a creamy base, topped with crispy breadcrumbs, perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound crabmeat
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Fold in the crabmeat until well coated.
  4. Transfer the crab mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Prepare the topping by mixing breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the crabmeat.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
