Delicious and crispy crab cakes bursting with flavor, perfect for appetizers or a light meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix gently.
  2. Form the mixture into patties about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!

Notes

Use fresh lump crab meat for the best flavor. You can add herbs or spices as desired for extra zest!
