  • Chopped vegetables (e.g., spinach, bell peppers) – optional
  • Fresh herbs (e.g., chives or parsley) – optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
