  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • Sesame seeds or poppy seeds (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the all-purpose flour, cottage cheese, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms.
  3. Shape the dough into equal portions, roll into balls, and poke a hole in the center to form bagels.
  4. Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Beat the egg and brush it over the bagels, then sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds if desired.
