A delicious roasted broccoli dish inspired by Longhorn Steakhouse, packed with flavor and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli Florets, washed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • ½ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes, optional
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Begin by washing the broccoli florets thoroughly and cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned broccoli on a baking sheet in a single layer and place it in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) to roast for about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top while still hot.
  5. Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the broccoli and toss gently before serving.

Notes

Great as a side dish, appetizer, or healthy snack. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
