A crunchy and creamy coleslaw that’s perfect for summer barbecues or as a fresh topping for sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Shred the cabbage and carrots, then toss them in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the shredded vegetables and toss to coat.
