A creamy, dreamy coffee pudding that transforms your morning brew into a delightful dessert.

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine the brewed coffee, sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a saucepan. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and starts to bubble.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the milk and vanilla extract until well blended.
  4. Pour the pudding into individual serving dishes, distributing evenly.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, allowing the flavors to meld.
