  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Mix in sour cream and flour until just combined.
  6. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  8. Allow to cool at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled with a variety of toppings such as fresh berries, fruit compote, chocolate or caramel sauce, and whipped cream.
