Instructions

  2. Combine the wet ingredients in another bowl.
  3. Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just combined.
  4. Create the cinnamon filling by mixing brown sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour pancake batter.
  6. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the cooking batter.
  7. Swirl the batter gently to create a cinnamon roll effect.
