Delightful bars that marry the crispy essence of churros with the creamy richness of cheesecake, topped with cinnamon sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar (for topping)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add vanilla, eggs, and sour cream; mix until well incorporated.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust and smooth out the top.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center.
  6. Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the top before serving.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth texture. Chill for at least 2 hours for easier cutting.
