A vibrant, creamy holiday treat filled with fresh cranberries, sweet marshmallows, and crunchy pecans.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix cranberries and sweetened condensed milk in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Fold in mini marshmallows and chopped pecans.
  3. Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Combine whipped cream with cranberry mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. Add vanilla extract and gently mix.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes
