Delicious no-bake chocolate peanut butter bars that are rich, indulgent, and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the peanut butter and honey in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Add the rolled oats, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  4. Press the mixture into a lined baking pan evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes until firm.
  6. Cut into bars and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. These bars freeze beautifully for up to three months.
