Delightful nests made with pretzel sticks, melted chocolate, and mini candy eggs, perfect for Easter celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups pretzel sticks
  • 1 ½ cups milk chocolate chips (or dark/white chocolate for a twist)
  • 1 cup mini candy eggs (such as jellybeans)
  • ½ cup shredded coconut (optional)
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth and creamy.
  2. Coat the pretzels: Add pretzel sticks to the melted chocolate, gently tossing until fully coated.
  3. Form the nests: Take small handfuls of coated pretzels and shape them into nest-like circles on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Add toppings: Place mini candy eggs in the center of each nest and sprinkle with shredded coconut or colorful sprinkles.
  5. Chill and set: Refrigerate the nests for about 20-30 minutes until the chocolate is hardened.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week. For longer storage, refrigerate and bring back to room temperature before serving.
