Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Gather all your ingredients.
  3. Blend the black beans, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
  4. Mix in the dark chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into a greased 8×8 inch baking pan.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Cool the brownies in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
