Delicious crispy Chicken Parm Sliders served with rich marinara sauce, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into small, slider-sized patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  4. Sauté the patties in a skillet over medium heat with olive oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side.
  5. Assemble slider buns on a baking sheet, adding a cooked chicken patty, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese on each bun.
  6. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese has melted and is bubbling.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.
