Instructions

  1. Mix the Marinade: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, sugar, and ginger to create the marinade.
  2. Add the sliced chicken to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a grill or pan over medium-high heat until hot.
