A creamy and comforting Chicken Alfredo that’s easy to prepare and perfect for family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the garlic in a large skillet with melted butter over medium heat until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked chicken and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Toss the fettuccine with the sauce until well coated.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For added flavor, incorporate sautéed vegetables or swap chicken for shrimp or tofu.
