  • ½ cup almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice)
  • ¼ cup almond slices (or any nuts)
  • ½ cup chopped dried fruits (like apricots or raisins)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips (optional, for a fun twist)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Mix the wet ingredients: honey or maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients: rolled oats, almond slices, and chopped dried fruits.
  5. Blend the wet and dry mixtures until evenly coated.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  7. Transfer to a lined 8×8 inch baking dish.
  8. Bake for about 15 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  9. Cool completely in the dish, then slice into bars.
