A delightful no-bake dessert featuring layers of creamy cheesecake filling and tart cherry pie filling on a buttery graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and pressing into a 9×13 inch dish.
  2. Cream the filling by beating cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth, then folding in whipped cream.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust.
  4. Add a layer of cherry pie filling on top of the cream cheese layer.
  5. Finish by spreading the remaining cream cheese mixture over the cherry layer.
  6. Chill the dessert for at least 4 hours before serving, adding another layer of cherry pie filling on top.

Notes

Can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Perfect for summer gatherings.
