  • 4 pieces Low-Carb Tortillas (Substitute with regular flour tortillas or gluten-free options if desired)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (Freshly shredded for best results)
  • 20 slices Pepperoni (Can substitute with turkey pepperoni or veggies)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning (Optional, but recommended for flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder (Optional, enhances flavor)
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce (Classic dipping sauce)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by gathering all the ingredients and tools needed. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Assemble the ingredients by sprinkling shredded mozzarella cheese on each tortilla, then layering the pepperoni slices on top.
  3. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and garlic powder over the cheese and pepperoni.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly, ensuring it’s snug but not too tight that the filling spills out.
  5. Bake the rolled tortillas seam-side down on a baking sheet for about 15-18 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Create the dipping sauce by warming the marinara sauce in a small pot over low heat.
  7. Serve the baked roll-ups hot, sliced into bite-sized pieces with the warmed marinara sauce on the side.
