A delightful combination of tender tortellini with hearty cheesesteak flavors in a creamy provolone sauce.

Ingredients

  • Tortellini
  • Juicy steak (sliced)
  • Provolone cheese
  • Heavy cream
  • Bell peppers (sliced)
  • Onion (sliced)
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Start by cooking the tortellini according to the package instructions. Once they’re gloriously tender, drain and set them aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and sear until it’s beautifully browned, releasing those mouthwatering juices.
  3. Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the skillet, cooking them until they’re tender and vibrant.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and let it mingle with the veggies for an additional minute.
  5. Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream along with the provolone cheese. Stir until the cheese is completely melted and the sauce becomes creamy and smooth.
  6. Season the sauce with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and gently toss to combine everything together.
  8. Serve your Cheesesteak Tortellini hot, and enjoy the blend of incredible flavors.
