A creamy and delightful cheesecake bar recipe that brings nostalgia and joy to your gatherings.

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cans (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar until well combined. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add 1 cup of sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until thoroughly combined.
  5. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in the sour cream and flour, mixing until just combined.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for about 30-35 minutes until the edges are set and the center jiggles slightly.
  9. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing.

Notes

These bars can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week and can be frozen for up to three months.
