Delicious cheeseburger sliders that are perfect for parties or family dinners, baked to perfection and customizable to suit anyone’s taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
  • 12 slider buns
  • Pickles
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Onion (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Seasoning the ground beef with salt and pepper, mix gently and form small patties.
  3. Searing the patties in a skillet over medium heat until they are browned, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Assembling the sliders by placing cooked patties on the bottom half of the slider buns.
  5. Top each patty with shredded cheese, pickles, ketchup, mustard, and onions if desired.
  6. Complete the sliders by placing the top halves of the buns over the patties.
  7. Baking in the oven for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and buns are toasted.
  8. Serve the sliders warm.

Notes

Pair with crispy sweet potato fries or a fresh garden salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
