A delicious twist on the classic cheeseburger, this casserole combines all the flavors of hamburgers into a warm, comforting dish that’s easy to make, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 cup cooked macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cheddar cheese soup, diced tomatoes, cooked macaroni, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and mustard powder until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, garnish with chopped pickles or fresh herbs. Pairs well with salad or garlic bread.
