A refreshing and vibrant salad made with crunchy celery, creamy feta cheese, and a light dressing, perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups celery, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
