Crispy cauliflower florets tossed in spicy hot sauce, perfect for a guilt-free snack or appetizer.

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Celery sticks (for serving)
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, letting the excess drip off.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Mix the hot sauce and melted butter in a bowl.
  6. Toss the cauliflower in the hot sauce mixture until fully coated.
  7. Return the coated cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  8. Serve warm with celery sticks and dressing.

Notes
