A light and vibrant twist on the classic burger, this bowl is filled with fresh veggies, juicy beef, and all the fixings, perfect for a sunny afternoon.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Burger seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and optional burger seasoning.
  2. Prepare the lettuce as a base in the bowls.
