Ingredients

  • 1 link turkey sausage (quartered)
  • 1 link chicken sausage (sliced)
  • 1 yellow onion (diced)
  • 1 rib celery (diced)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Begin by dicing the onion and celery, mincing the garlic, and slicing the sausages as needed.
  2. Combine Ingredients in the Slow Cooker: Add all prepared ingredients into the slow cooker and give it a gentle stir.
  3. Cook on High: Cover and set to cook on high for about 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Create Creaminess: Toward the end, mash some beans against the side of the pot for thickness.
  5. Serve and Enjoy!: Spoon the mixture over cooked rice and enjoy!

Notes
