  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the chicken in olive oil and Cajun seasoning until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Add garlic, bell peppers, and onions to the skillet, cooking until softened.
  4. Create the sauce by pouring in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce in the skillet, tossing to mix.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
