  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the steak: In a bowl, toss the steak pieces with Cajun seasoning and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the skillet: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
  3. Sear the steak bites: Add the steak bites to the skillet and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they reach your desired doneness.
  4. Add garlic and butter: Add the minced garlic and remaining butter to the skillet, stirring to coat the steak bites.
  5. Enhance flavor with fragrance: Cook for an additional minute until the garlic is fragrant.
  6. Garnish and serve: Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
