A creamy and spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip that’s perfect for gatherings or game nights.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Frank’s RedHot sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • Tortilla chips or celery sticks for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken, Frank’s RedHot sauce, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  4. Pop the dish into the preheated oven and let it bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  5. Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles on top before serving if desired.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks.

Notes

For a spicier version, add sliced jalapeños. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
