A healthy alternative to buffalo wings made with crispy, oven-baked cauliflower florets coated in a flavorful buffalo sauce.

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Mix together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Dip the cauliflower pieces into the batter, ensuring they are thoroughly coated.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is crispy and golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and toss the baked cauliflower in buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, substitute all-purpose flour with a gluten-free blend. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
