A delightful, crowd-pleasing casserole packed with all the flavors of classic pizza, easy to prepare and satisfying to share.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Biscuit dough (preferably Halal-certified)
  • 1 lb ground meat (beef or turkey, Halal-certified)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup assorted pizza toppings (bell peppers, onions, olives, or halved cherry tomatoes)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the ground meat in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Open the biscuit dough cans and separate the dough into small pieces.
  4. Combine the browned meat, pizza sauce, biscuit pieces, and assorted toppings in a large bowl.
  5. Pour half of the mixture into a greased baking dish, sprinkle with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, then add the remaining mixture and top with the rest of the cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Customize with your favorite toppings. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for 2 months.
