A delightful fusion of brownies and bread, this brownie bread is perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
  4. Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool before slicing.
